Need human "bots" to increase my CTR

I heard about Mechanical Turk too. You have to try to find out if that works...
 
Plenty of those around, none of them work. Google isn't that retarded. With a bit of luck you will neg SEO yourself.
 
There was one here in the market place serp clicks or something

Thats bots usually, also you cannot have human like behavior even if is real traffic -> in order to work they have to follow specific path.

Paid traffic is bots only if you buy it from fiverr or non-legit source.
What CTR you need to increase? On the ads?
If you have issues with bounce rate - something wrong with your content, try increasing quality of your content and/or multi-page articles

CTR in the SERP...
 
Improve your SEO both onpage and off page and it will help reduce your bounce rate and ctr respectively. I doubt such services can be worth your time and resources which is perhaps why you are unable to find decent services.
