Need huge website + app

I set up an ad on craigslist for my own web design services. Today I got a request that is way over my head, looks like a big spender:

Im looking to build a website for a new invention, i task some one out to help me but they're not putting in the work, and is delaying my business from moving for. i came up with an idea that will make it easier and a unique way for independent artist can sell there audio content. the idea is being patented, but i need a website and a mobile app to start the trail process. So it sounds like this guy wants something huge, he's already got a patent, and it's certainly way over my head. Developing a website + app like this will typically run 5-50,000 am I right? If you get the gig just pay me a finder's fee of a percent if it works out when I refer you. If interested PM me.
