Depending on your use, open proxies might work and they're free. @proxygo Posts proxies very often. His threads are stickied in the proxy section: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies.101/

Thanks for your infos. I want scrape by myself but cant find any good proxy scraper. And where to find proxy sources for scrap than?
now i use 2 rusian pages and price is really ceap, i pay 15$ for both, pretty happy with service but need more proxies.
i tested GSA Proxy Scraper and its not bad, but alot of proxies are dead (dont work for my page).
Have much better results with paid proxy lists from rusian providers
