Need HTTP IPV4 proxies

I have been using squid proxies hosted on my google cloud server however, sometimes I get a getaddrinfo error with my python bot when requesting to my xmlrpc website.
Does anyone know is it because of the proxies I made? Or some other problem?

no I meant squid script.
do you know do they support https?
