Could you please advise good and not very expensive hosting companies, which provide multiple c class IPs?

I am currently with cclassiphosting com, which is very cheap ($1 per IP), but they are a complete disaster in terms of downtime. All my 200+ sites are down there for at least 3-4 days every month.
So, I am looking to switch, but I do not really want to move my sites again and again as this is time consuming process.

So any advice will be much appreciated. It does not really need to be SEO hosting company. Quite often normal hosting companies have good packages with multiple IPs.

If you get a good provider, I will be please to know about it.
Hostgator has really cheap VPs + 32 IPS (starting at 49,95 for the VPs + the 32 IPS), but I don't know if you can ask for different C-classes

Webair has nice packages with multiple IPs. have not tried them yet, but you can pick IPs, so they can be cclass (this is not for VPS).
I am still looking for different options as I want to spread my sites...

I'm also looking for a reliable Multiple C Class IP Host. Can anyone recommend a good host? I would prefer not to go with seo-host or seohosting....

Did some research for suggested hostings.

Ixwebhosting, which is discussed in the thread mentioned in the previous post, offers only 3-4 CClass IPs per server, so if you are lucky, you will get 4. All other will be from the same subnet.

justhost, does not offer additional IPs at all.

    Still looking though. =)

Let me know what you come up with. I had been trying to compile a list of cheap hosts (under $12 a year) thinking if I managed to find 50 or so of them that would be a suitable solution.

Unfortunately most people selling $12 a year hosting packages are just resellers for big name companies so it wouldn't work.

I was thinking about it, but for $1 per month, usually, you will be able to host only one site.
I need to be able to host more then one. Also I think it will be hard to manage all of those hostings.

Ideally I would like to have 3-4 hostings with 50 IPs each
