need high skilled web dev for database website like trustpilot

i am looking for a website dev who is able to build high performance database websites from scratch in quick time. I am going to build a site similar to trust pilot with tons of other site features like blog, shop, memeber panel, subscriptions, forum and more but this more basic stuff.

Most important is the database related work thats why the site need to be coded very well and display data as fast as possible.

Search and filter systems need to work, we will have full databases to provide all kind of information like business image, business description, link etc, you just
need to create a table and display it in the right way, also we will add voting features or putting in reviews for any kind of site.

We won't manually create a websites review page, it will be all created through database and the information within.

Core features we need:

- Member login
- Put a review
- Admin panel to allow reviews, user and manage other stuff
- high performance data tables
- great filtering and search system to find certain business fast.
