I have some web sites and we need good backlinks PR 4 to 10, if any one of you can provide backlinks.

I can pay $5 per month per links.

Domain must be whitelisted in google.

Quality never comes cheap, for $5 per month, you may not get a real PR links.

You won't get quality links for that kind of money. You may buy expired domains and redirect them to your money site. That would bring down the costs.

That's way to cheap. I would consider the $30/month range a little more acceptable. There are paid directories that will do this for you

I don't know if you're interested but I have PR11 links....they do cost $6/month though

I have great links for SE1 and SE2....they are far too powerful for regular SEO though.

You obviously don't know what you are doing (and that is fine) but looking to rent links without a plan isn't going to help you. You have ridiculous expectations in terms of link prices. Spark a convo with a SEO provider in the marketplace that can take a look at your site and try to give you some advice.
