need high pr classified website list that allow url

I want high pr classified websites where i can post ads with website url. many classified website does not allow to post link of your website. somebody can help to find ads posting website that allow url. or if someone want to share technique how to find it so please share i am waiting .

I believe back page classified ads will allow you to create back links. You have to research the forum for more sites.
