Need Help

I need to know if you can help me. The website I was going to is giving me a 403 Forbidden.

I know it is because I am using the same IP Address. The program I am using is ubot studio, which uses Internet Explorer. I know there is a way to mask my IP address, but I am not sure how to without writing code on the program I use through UBOT Studio. Any suggestions.

My router gets my IP dynamically from my cable company. There is a way I can check the box "Use Static Address" then it gives me a chance to enter IP address and Subnet Mask....

Do you know how I might be able to get past this 403 Forbidden? I have done it in the past by rebotting my router and unplugging it, etc.....I even rest to factory setting, but this time it did not work...Can you help?

Have you tried using a proxy?

Oh. Ok. I am not sure how and where to enter a proxy. So, no. I know what they are....It is an IP address that is masked? right...

How do I get some? There is a monthly rate involved right? What is a reasonable rate to pay?

If I am using a program like Ubot Studio, do I need to work the IP address into the code? or can I just change the IP address by using 192.168.1.1 and use static ip address ?
