Need Help

Is There any person who know any CMS which can give me similar Option like Google Docs. I have a lots of reseller of my service and i want to create a personal panel. Now i am using google docs but i want to give them my personal one. Any body know any CMS or something like this ?

seems no luck with it.. Any body have any custom script or CMS for creating this types of Panel ?
