First you need to google for some tutorials on SEO. Then you have to learn SEO.
Do you ONPAGE SEO and then focus on OFF PAGE SEO.
Register to sites like wordpress.com, tumblr, hubpages, blogspot etc and then create an account. Write unique and high quality contents based on your keywords and backlink to your money site. Once these sites are indexed your site will rise in SERP.

Or you can buy some SEO services from BHW BST.
They are experts and you don't have to go through everything mindlesswizard mentioned.
FYI, not everyone selling BST is an expert lol.

Try and forget about doing it quickly - go for quality over quantity. Manual guest posting (asking sites with REAL traffic) is by far and away the most effective way for me, even if I only manage one or two per month for a site.
