First try to design a logo for your dating site. After you've done this search for some banner creation companies on Google. Flash banner maker is a reputed one that provides good quality banners. Better get a designer here and pay $5 for a professional banner

I do not think anyone is going to help you for free because they are busy enough trying to help
themselves. Like a member above me said go to Fiverr or post this in the hire a freelancer section.

+1 for fiverr, as you can't find a banner design done in 5bucks anywhere.

Just ask for a banner at your affiliate support, i think they have the best banners
