Purchased tens of thousands of backlinks on fiverr, put them through linklicious, GWT not showing this in the backlinks list? What am I missing? Also I have done as much on-page SEO as possible, any advice on what else I should invest in? (budget of $1000/mo)

Fiverr and tier 1? I am guessing you just neg Seo'd your money site.

There are plenty of excellent services in the BST section, that are well under $500 a month, and you will get great results.

aha buy purchasing such type of backlink is waste of money.There are lots of provider on there give very low quality services.

Yeah, I wouldn't have done that directly to your money site. I probably wouldn't have even purchased it for tier 3.

Definitely look into tiered link building services if it's not too late for your domain. If the backlinks aren't registering in a week or two in GWT consider yourself lucky.
