two of my pay+pal accounts have been limited with money in it. what should i do?where can i make some fake id to give them proof of id address and bank account (canadian)

Fake ids = photoshop.
I don't think you need a bank account.

You need a proof of your address (they want a copy of a letter recently sent to you by the postal office)
You need a proof of identity (copy of your ID/passport)

Both can be photoshopped
