Need help!!!

Hey guys I am in serious need of some help Just launched a new site and I am in need of help from someone that knows what theyr doing with wordpress. I have picked the theme and set up everything that I need for my site to start running properly and efficiently. What I need help with are the plugins for my website. I have made a website for "viral material". I need help to find the following plugins.

1) Something that will help my posts be shared with (facebook, twitter and pinterest) I need them to be on the side of my posts.

2) I need a plugin that will allow me to have comments from people on Facebook and Twitter without them having to put in their email, name and website to comment (if anyone knows of a good plugin for that)

3) Plugin for a ranking system for my posts like yoututbe has the thumbs up feature.

I am not asking to be spoon fed and I have done some research on some of these plugins I just want other inputs and recommendations from members who are using such plugins to compare and see if I can find something better out there. Thanks a lot for your help BLACKHATTERS!!!

You can use sociable for your sharing plugin. It has an option to make a tower that runs along side of posts.

You can use the Facebook comments plugin provided by Facebook for users to comment without logging in to facebook or your site.

For the ranking feature, disqus comment system has built in like and dislike features.
