I want to know is there any software available in affordable price which can provide targeted real human visitors. I used many but they all seems scams. I also want to know about affordable and effective targeted solo ads.

there is no software that will bring you real human traffic, it can only bring you fake bot traffic

He is correct, if you want real human traffic, then you must actually draw real humans. Meaning SERP, Youtube Ranking, or something that gets put infront of REAL PEOPLE so they can view it. Other then that, there is PPC and PPV to play with

Its really difficult. But if you have money you can do Stumble upon ads, they can satisfy your requirements.
