Hello, Saturday I searched for keyword and find a keyword with low competition and local monthly searches was 2400 and global was 2900 and EMD was available, I bough hosting and made some SEO and today I saw that my site is on google page 1, with domain keyword, but the question is: when I now search keyword in google adword tool I see that if I choose match types all three(broad,[exact],"phrase) then searches are more less, for broad it's the same, but for exact search it is only- 28 monthly, and phrase-73, so is it important to look for them or only for broad searches? Or what? Need you help.
Thank you :)

Nearly all the gurus state that you should keyword research with exact match

Its tough to find anything good if you do that

I'd build out the site by targeting lots of other search phrases, and go after the long tail hits

Ya ^

Pretty much the closer you can get your domain to your keyword will be the better off you are! So if you are wanting to make a website with the keyword "used cars" make sure your domain is usedcars or used-cars things like that...

Thanks

So this keyword don't have any use, If i need to look into exact match? Then there is only 28 monthly searches
My keyword is like,
keyword-mysite
domain-mysite.com

I don't get what you mean!

Are you saying the keyword is hyphenated like "re-build" and the url will be like re-build.com

If the keyword has a hyphen then I say forget it

If the keyword does not have a hyphen but is just low search volume using exact match, then I say go for it - but also target lots of other related keywords that have higher exact match search volumes, but are not available to register

For the past few years I've stopped registering hyphenated domains - reason is in one of my other posts - i.e. difficult to rank hyphenated domains on google now
