Every other day I either hit an impression record, or drop to 0google hates everyone, don't take it personally
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by that, your screenshot doesn't depicts anything about google hating you, it's just a screenshot of some impressions...
Rankings go from first page to not even in the top 10

Don't be panic because Google itself on monkey dance, let them fix.
In the mean time, keep forward your regular work.
Apart from SEO focus on GSEO.

Just keep working, this is normal. I have seen plenty of fluctuation but eventually it will become stable and give you some good rankings that will last.
I see the spikes getting bigger, seems like things are improving slowly.
