Hey, can anyone help me? I bought a vinted account but all the guy gave me was an 11 character key, but he didnt give me any clue what to do with it except making a paypal and withdrawing the money

Share a little more about it. I am just curious as to why he gave you paypal guide for withdrawal.
 
I'm guessing he sold you a vinted account with money on it,
I know making fraudulent money on vinted is very easy but getting the money off is challenging,
I'm curious if you succeeded in withdrawing from the account.
