Because most BHW users had a bad experience with Reddit ads including me too. I would suggest you not using it and use the budget in some place that can convert for you.

I was running SEO ads for link Building. But in specific subreddits for my niche. And it didn't work. I ran for a week. The money went in and i didn't earn a single thing.

Reddit ads aren't that good, its better to advertise there by just posting content.
