Yes. But you get to share that with whoever make each sale happen - the reason it's called an affiliate program.

So, if I may ask, what's your web services about? Is it a SaaS?

You need to be more specific before you can expect to receive help from this wonderful forum.

in this case it's better to use google ads, than evadav for example.

you'll need more experience in this case, more easier to get customes via google ads than any push or pop campaing

If you manage to find good and reliable partners it could definitely help you increase your conversion rates. But you have to find relevant networks that can advertise products or offer from your niche as in order to get sales, you have to reach an audience that has an interest in them. You will of course have to share your income with the affiliate partner, but if he's really getting you a high amount of clicks and traffic, it can absolutely be worth it.
