Ive been lurking for a couple of years here, i have good linux sysadmin skills,
Can setup pmta + console + mumara + mailwizz without a problem etc,
I am looking for help in monetizing the system, creative ideas of offers etc.

Yeah i created an add on fiverr but there is alot of people offering same services with competition.

Yeah of course, that's why you MUST promote your Fiverr gig, it is a very important step.
There are two ways through which you can promote your Fiverr gigs :
Paid promotion: Google Ads, Bing Ads...etc
Free promotion: You can simply start a blog and write blog posts related to your service, You can pack it with samples of your work. use your blog to pass relevant information and not necessarily to market yourself.
You can create a personal YT Channel, You can create a fan page on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networking sites. This increases the chances to get more people to your gig...etc
You can join Facebook groups...etc



And don't forget to optimize Gig for Fiverr search engine ( Title of the gig, make good use of your tags/keywords, insert video/images, 5stars reviews, Participate in Fiverr forum ....etc)
