hi guys

instagram keep sending me verification message like in the image below



especially when switch between more than 3 accounts

does this message harm the account , and why im getting it ?

i just got 1 account banned 3 days ago

If you are using some automated services, it shows like this.
Check if the service you are using Instagram partners or something like that ( i don't know what they call it exactly ) not. If not this is common.

i was using jarvee 9 months ago
then stopped and changed my password

could this be the problem ?
