Take a look at Google Webmaster's Console to check if your website is indexed properly, after checking that try querying Google using:
If you saw more than one result (without counting the Try Google Search Console link), your website is indexed by the Google.
If you'd like to see your website in your daily niche relevant search terms, you should start optimizing it either by using whitehat techniques or blackhat ones.

Bascally there is a lot more competition on Google compared to Bing. So it stands to reason that your site will rank further down on Google thank Bing, at least when taking no other factors into account and generally speaking.
How to improve that? Well that's basically SEO - you need to work on both your on-site SEO to make sure the site is correctly optimized for the keywords you are trying to rank for, and offsite SEO - building high quality and niche related backlinks to your website (steadily) and then throw in some social media signals as well. And sprinkle in some time for good measure.
