300MB convert it to 295MB - 700MB convert it to 695MB

by that, it will be hard for youtube to detect that ..

Yeah it just won't work, copyright on videos and track is big now.. Youtube are really cracking down

yes, may be he need to upload less video per account. i tried it and it worked for me.
