Need help writing a simple automation script

The script will need to add friends from an excel or .txt file. Each line will contain one username. Then I will need to use the send command to simulate typing of the username in a text field, as well as right click commands to add the user. This will have to loop until everyone is added. I would also like it to create a log of each user added just incase I need to unadd everyone.

Made a post about this a few days ago and someone suggested autoit, but I do not have any understanding of it atm.
