    There's a reason why NSFW slang was invented. Make use of it wherever applicable.

    You need to be more specific. Who do you host with ? If they are managed provider, they may help you.

    You are missing something like that shown in the highlighted part in the following image. The result is shown in the image above the code... What I have added in the image is just a crude sample of what can be done easily, and your programmer can do better than that.

    NB: I have placed the red and white boxes to hide the crucial indentifiable data in the code... The green text is my replacement+addition to the existing code.

    Sample code:

    <div class="main">
    <div class="content">
    <div class="posts">
    <div id="post-203" class="post">
    <a title="Rccccccccccccccccccccccge - Dec 09, 2014 - Hccccccccccccccccc-cccccccccccrm" href="http://websiteName.com/?p=203"></a>

    <div class="link">
    <span>Added: cccccccc, nnnn</span>

    <div>
    <img width="auto" height="200px" src="http://domain.ext/imager/w_4cc/h_5cc/dfcccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc5.jpg">

    </div>

    </div>
    <div id="post-204" class="post">
    <div id="post-205" class="post">

    etc etc etc.....
    ~~~~~~
    Of course your programmer will have to correctly code that loop.
    My apologies, I did not understand much more. But this code you did for one post, and whether it is possible to configure it, what would it automatically sets the picture, and that it needs to
