Ok, I am trying to get my youtube channel off the ground and I see I will have to pay someone or get a paid program.

I've seen some stuff about jumpstart but I'm not sure which site is the "Real" jumpstart and which one is fake.

Does anyone have the real site and should i use jumpstart or is there something better?

Lastly, how do I hire someone and where do I find someone to help with my youtube page that will get results and not get me banned??

Long sigh...Happy New Year!! HELP :(

I guess I just really need some help. I'm pretty new at this if someone could PLEASE point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.. :)

well you can do it the safe way, comment on other peoples vids subscribe to others channels and they might do the same for you thats the safe and slow way. If your looking to pay someone to promote your stuff, posting a job at scriptlance can get you in contacts with people who will take your money to promote your tubechannel, give you video views, fake ratings ect.

Yeah I could do it that way. But it seems like it takes so long and giving away my money is what I'm afraid. Also, I have limited time to do all of that. I really wish there was someone dependable out there to hire while I concentrated on other things.

youtube bans, that stuff happens to people who go overboard but it can happen to anyone at anytime even for legit users, you should not be afraid of anything. if your afraid of loosing a legit channel then create a new channel then pay someone else to promote it for you. if it gets banned no big deal make a new one and try again, worker rips you off, yea it happens, you find another worker and try again, put in a clause in your job posting "if you get my tube account banned" you will not get paid lol. job speed is a issue talk to them directly about it or specify a dead line for expected results. The quicker you want things done the more money they are going to want ;-)

Try this site

http://www.enhanceviews.net

No, this is not a paid advertising, but a decent site to get slow and steady hits on yor videos and a good source of subscribers (all for free). They're doing a revamp which should be out soon.

what do you mean by "off the ground"?? like make money from youtube?

the ONLY thing youtube cares about is views. (views = money)

now that we got that out of the way, using any view increaser (jumpstart, playinator are the best 4 cheap) for about a month or two. then apply for partner, and you will get accepted.

also using view increasers will enable your videos to get IVP and you will gain money from that until you become a full partner.

I have to agree with Adam Rock that using view increasers at first is a good way to get off the ground fast. You can try sub 4 sub stuff but for a small fee you can usually find people who will subscribe and comment and / or rate your videos. Places like fiverr, short tasks and others and good ways to find cheap help in that respect.

Partnership depends on a lot of factors. I've heard of some people getting partner with 3 videos and 200 subs while another channel with 100 videos and 10k subs won't get approved. A lot depends on your content for sure. You don't have to be a partner to monetize youtube though and in fact most people make more off sales / CPA, etc.
