Need help :) with youtube videos.

Can i create videos on youtube ,without umg or wmg shitting it up and how can i create a video without country restriction ,cause i posted and it got got stupid country restriction from UMG and sum1 else posted it and no restriction for there video ... need some advices ..help ,thanks.
