I don´t know what tutorials you have been watching but I've seen 2 and 3 hours WordPress tutorials that are almost spoonfed, designed so the most un-tech savvy guy can follow the steps.
If you have issues following those tutorials then it will be very difficult for anyone to devote any time to help you.
My advice to you follows these tutorials TILL THE END and whenever you don´t understand something writing it down and post it in here. Pretty sure you will get better feedback.

Once again, I highly recommend you to take a look at these tutorials and try to follow the steps you see in the videos. They are very easy to follow and, if you encounter any issues, write them down, and post them here. I am sure you will get a much better feedback that way.
