Hello Guys

I got "A Complaint has been filed against you with the World Intellectual Property Organization"

And I have some questions

1 what happend if I will ignore the Complaint?

2 Does Responding back cost money? or only the Complainant pays fees

3 Can the Complainant withdraw the complaint?

1) they will initiated dispute, so if you don't send answer, then judge decide dispute without your answer (opinion, arguments etc)
2) fees pay only Complaint (about $1500)
3) possible

1 so I do not pay nothing?

2 the domain was a trademark but when I bought the domain the status at Trademark Electronic Search System was:
Live/Dead Indicator DEAD
Abandonment Date January 2016

Yesterday the owner registered a new one! the domain neglected and been dead for almost a year. what are my chances?

3 I still did not get an email from WIPO, The owner just sent me a copy

I just bought it 2 weeks a go
i have put coming soon page
and wrote it will be a cooking site
his site was about flowers
owner contacted me and offer the buy the site, but I didn't reply to him
