Need Help With Website Adjustment

I need help with my website. I need the website to fit all screen sizes and broswer. For instance when I used my desktop computer which is 1440 by 900 pixels everything look alright and good but when I used my laptop computer which 1024 by 768 pixels everything look messy and out of place and stretchy. If any one can help me fix this PM me your price.

Can anyone help me with this. I need someone to help me make my website fit in all screen sizes and broswer. Anyone?
