need help with VPS

vps in my country costs 50$ a month.
i want to open 3 ebay stealth accounts, i cant pay 150$, thats too expensive.
the hosting company offers to add 4 ip's but i cant access to the desktop from these ip's. its a wan ip.
is there any way to access these ip's?
is there other way to create stealth accounts with static ip?

Buy cheap VPS from different sellers that cost $15 per month. There are tons of seller here on BHW
 
i live in israel. i know there's vps that costs 5-15$. but i need vps with israeli ip.
 
How about http://zellion.com.au/ilvps.html ? I found this on Google, so don't blame me if they're not as good as you're hoping for - I have not tested them. Starts at $17
 
google for cruzehost, I am not allowed to post URLs here so can't post the link.

Their windows vps servers are pretty cheap, I'm using one from last 8 months for meta trader, works great.

thank you, but they don't offer vps in israel location.
