Need help with VPS

Hello all,

I have a client who has a vps server. He is able to connect to it using remote desktop connection from his local machine. He wants a way to connect to it using Google Chrome where in using the incognito mode, he should be able to connect to the vps and use it.

Is that possible and if it is, how do I do that? Please help me with this. Would really appreciate any help.
