Need help with votes willing to pay

My friends daughter was entered into a fishing photo contest and I'm almost positive the top photo owner has automated his votes. Not sure if he is using microworkers or not. My buddy has been religiously sharing and promoting her photo through social media etc but can't seem to catch the leader with his methods so I figured I could help him fight fire with fire. The voting is a simple click to vote but the website is tracking IP's. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Actually it's been several years since I've been on BHW and couldn't remember my login info. So I created a new account. So in a way yes...

I should be able to do pm by the end of the day after some participation in the forums
