I'm making a skype bot in visual basic and I have all the features I want but 2 :

1. Auto Add Contacts + Send them a message after they're added.

2. Backup Contact List to text automatically.

I don't sure about your request: are you looking for guidance to build the application yourself or a coder to do it for you?

I code in the old vb6 if that is that are you looking for.

I forgot to say .NET is an option. You don't give too many details about your requirements.
