If someone can please help me get good at using SB for WH and teach me some of the tips and tricks I can do so I can get the best links. Also what should i use it for? Blogs only, or wikis or what? What is the best type of sites to use SB for and for WH purposes.

I was also searching for the SB which can be efficient for WH. I was thinking about to post a thread but thanks Flex1 for doing this job. The video is describing comprehensively and it is very easy to understand the use of SB for BH.
