NEED HELP with uploading sites!

Hey guys I have about 40 folders containing different index files and website pages. I was wondering how would I used ftp to upload all the index files and pages to my site since I cannot upload many index pages into the main folder. I am confused :S and by the way I am using traffic equalizer!

Hi you can moved the full zip folder into the public html and then you can extract all the index file there. hopefully it will work.
