By searching with niche specific keywords/hashtags in tweets, bios and usernames too. Or Twitter automatically recommends you similar accounts on the right hand side of the home page under "Who to follow", when you're logged in. Those are niche relevant accs for the most part. Then when you have a couple of accounts, you can check their tweets, some of them will @mention other accounts within the same niche for sure.

just type your niche in the search box or your keyword and hit enter all the search that brought up by twitter will be relevant and now you can do what you like follow RT like and so on.. twitter setting has this feature that all popular post in on top by default you can see it through the number of likes, re tweet the more the numbers the better follow all the ones that like or re tweet it that the best trick to have engaging followers
