Need help with tik tok proxies

I have been posting on tik tok for a while now to grow an audience on an NSFW audience. Its been working great but after getting banned a lot my new accounts have been gaining 0 traction. I've heard people mention proxies and vpns but i have no idea how to use it effectively or which ones to purchase and how to set it up, would appreciate some advice and tips

I don't know about VPNs, as far as my circle goes those seem unreliable. Something about VPN IPs being easy to identify or some such. For proxies, you'll want reliable ones with access to rotating residential IPs. Manage the IP rotation with your account access and you'll be good to go. Some go even further by setting up more technical tweaks to their phones to appear like a different one with a different IMEI per account but I haven't fully grasped that part so I can't go into detail on it.
