Hi, I need help guys, from 9am to now i didn't find any theme like this one. https://flytte.no i tried many themes like divi and many from themeforest but i didn't find any theme have like this form like that on the site i need help pls if anyone know any good theme can i use form and just ladeing page like that site.

The site you linked is created in Joomla, however, the template is uses seems to be a custom one, I don't seem to manage to find any reference to an existing template from it's source code. But I might be wrong, I am a WordPress guy, not a Joomla guy. :)

me too im not a Joomla guy , but do u know any theme can i dp like them?

Maybe gravity forms for the form itself. As for the design, maybe you could replicate that with a simple theme coupled with some css form styling.
