Need help with Stripe account

Not sure if you can solve it without providing what they ask. Have you had many disputes? Do you charge cc manually or people do it via your site?

no i do not have a single dispute, the reason for that is because one buyer deposit 50 times within a few minutes so stripe blocked payments think that is fraud, and now i have a problem with account...
yes if i open in new browser i will need to provide required
