Need Help with Spinner Chief 2 Elite

Ok, I spent a few hours creating a Super article and now I just need to spin the synonyms but for some reason SC2 Elite is unable to find them at all. I tried selecting the whole article then clicking the synonym button with no luck. I sent support an email and watched their videos but I notice the videos are older version.

If anyone could give me a hand as I got it to work once but I have off for about 1 1/2 weeks so I want to spend time learning this program so that I can generate articles when I am at work. I also checked their forum not to much information there because I am still waiting to get approved for the past three days now.

mine wasn't working today either - this is main problem with SC - their service goes up and down every few days.

I just downloaded Chimp Rewriter yesterday to use when SC isn't working - so maybe you will be in the same boat as me.
maybe you should do the same (chimp rewriter)

If that is the case I will just buy TBS for a year it is only $47.00. I need something that is going to work because the free version worked better than the paid version WTF.

Great I just wanted an one off fee so I could work when I needed but I guess that is not going to happen. I am able to spin words if I hit the next button and it finds the synonyms that way but it does not highlight them in color like before.

I am using Chimp Rewriter and I have to say I like it so far, it takes getting use to but it works. I am using the beta as we speak and for those that may buy SC2 elite hold off as I am still trying to work out the bugs to see if it is error on my end or if it is the developer but so far it seems like it is them.

Support gets back to me within 8-16 hours which is very good in my eye but nothing has been fixed because I am unable to use the program half the dam time.
