Need help with seo in 2016

As you know everything changes a lot with google and seo, i've had huge success in the past and lately for the past few months im finding it difficult. Right now i think the only thing holding me back is indexing the backlinks, i believe now that all services have gone to shit. What's the best way to get say, 100+ backlinks indexed? I'm not bothered about speed, just as long as i know they will index.

Any help will be appreciated!

How do you know it's the indexing of the links that is holding you back? Are these links surrounded by top grade content?

Google really wants to see quality over quantity nowadays!
 
Yeah of course thats why i said 100+ because that's my focus, my backlink content i am treating like my money site, very hq. Any ideas then?
 
If your backlinks are from very high quality sites with good content, there should be no issues getting them indexed. In fact, Google should find them on its own if they are truly of any value.
 
If you build good quality backlinks, on decent domains that arent spammed daily, you won't have indexing issues.
 
just concentrate the quality of the content because google needs that one only
 
Indexing has become a pain in the ass. Build backlinks to your links, send your links social signals, and submit the link to google via google link submission tool.
