First of are all of them indexed ?
Second of all after a few days did you bookmark or RSS Feed them or not ?
Since even if all 20 Web 2.0 Properties got indexed in 10 days you should understand that these are just 20 links with almost no linkpower since they have no links leading to them, Thats why that a few hours or a few days after you make them you should bookmark them first of to get some more traffic to them and secondly to give them some linkjuice (power) which will pass to your site.
Bookmarking is also a fast way to ger your Web 2.0 Properties indexed
I usualy do that submit to 15 or 20 Networks then wait a day or a few hours and bookmark them. I usualy bookmark EACH of them instead of half around 3 to 5 times in 3-5 different sites.
So if I have 10 Networks and 10 Social Sites - A , B,C , D,E,F,G,H,I
I will do it like this
Networks 1,2,3,4 bookmark in A,B,C,D
Networks 3,4,5,6 Bookmark in C,D,E,F
Networks 5,6,7,8 Bookmark in E,F,G,H
Networks 7,8,9,10 Bookmark in G,H,I,A
Networks 9,10,1,2 Bookmark in I,H,E,F
What I mean is I try to get links from various bookmarking sites instead of bookmarking all social networks in only 4 bookmarking sites to have more link variety
I also send RSS Feeds since it takes like 10 minutes tops and although sometimes it may give minimal resorts it is still ok
I hope I helped you, what I mean is to have rank improvement you need more link power of your links.
Aim for 20 Strong Links instead of 100 Links with no Backlinks themselves!
Also if you want to do a MINI-NET around your site use the first 20 as tier 1 and you can build layers of links ontop of them + you can use repost to domain future every 1-2 weeks to submit a new spun article to those first 20 sites to supply them with fresh content! Don't forget to use the Repost to Domain future it is a very powerful one...
