Need help with selling site at Flippa.com

Hey,

I want to sell one of my projects which earned $24k in the past 6 months, I actually sold just one site at flippa for $200 and I am looking for someone to help me selling my site with experience and his established flippa account. I think the value of the site is about $5.000.

I will pay you 20% success fee if you help me to sell the site. So if it is sold for $5k you will get $1k, if you are interested please send me your skype id and I can give you more insight about the site.

OP just registered and it's his first post.
If OP really managed to establish a website that made $24k in 6 months, at least on flippa, he could sell it on his own without giving someone 20%

You might end up selling a shitsite full of fakestats/traffic and/or the page not even handed over after the sale closed. OP probably doesn't even own any website at all...
 
If you really had good income then sell your site on Empire Flippers or FE international. Nowadays flippa gets very less potential buyer.
 
First post and you are looking to sell-a-site on flippa? Go sell it with your account, it does not matter if it is established or not. If the site is legit, it will sell.

I hope nobody falls for this flippa scam.
 
I am not getting actually that one should believe on this thread or not,coz on your first post only,you want to sell your website with huge profit.
 
Why do you want to sell the site for $5K when the site is making $4K per month?
 
This is another nonsense thread. If it made that much in 6 months and your selling it for so little, it is obviously a site that has been burned and has no future income potential, or you have been banned from either your traffic source or affiliate program.

Anyone who uses their own flippa account to sell this is a fool

He just contacted me on skype and sent me his stats. Now that I'm seeing these posts I think I'm going to pass on this.

I 100% agree with you, why would someone pay 1k for selling the website which can easily be sold on flippa when you write a simple heading like "selling website making 24k in last few months". This is alarming..

Hey,
well it would have been easier to just ask me, I had a Flippa account 5 years ago where I sold 1 website for $200. Everything went well but I didn't used Flippa since then and I couldn't remember the password and I also don't use the email from back than. So I thought it isn't a big deal to just create a new account at flippa. But once I paid the listing fees it got suspended for duplicate accounts. I tried everything and also send them photos of my ID but they didn't reactivated it.

That is the reason I need someone to help me with this, the website is fine and all the data provided is legit.
80% of something is way better than 100% from nothing, so paying someone 20% of the revenue feels like a good thing to do.

Asking to use someone's flippa account isn't "hiring a freelancer" and it's against Flippa's T's & C's
