Need help with scrapebox

Hello,

I've been using scrapebox for long. But recently my system stopped working and I had to format my PC. Now scrapebox isn't working, what should I do?

I was running a licensed version of the same, I did contact using the contact area listed on the website, but didn't get any reply.

Sweetfunny does not accept pms here on BHW. They typically reply within 24 hours or less on support, although there were fires at the scrapebox offices, they evacuated the areas and it was bad. They are back at support now though and everything has settled down.

There is a 99% chance that the version of scrapebox you are running is too old. You need to be running V 1.16.0 or newer, if your not and haven't just recently updated then download the latest version and submit for a transfer. You DO have to submit for a transfer after a reinstall and they will have you up and running in 12 hours or less.

When you reinstalled the windows your Hardware ID changed. Just activate SB again. They will transfer the license to your new PC (In this case your current pc with the new windows). You're allowed 1 transfer per month.
