Need help with ScrapeBox

Hello guys first i am sorry if i post this in wrong section i am just a newby
Anyway few minutes ago i buy my ScrapeBox :ranger: Now i need help a bit.
I need to harvest PR1 forums and i have no clue how to do that, i see that i need some text called footprints or something like that.
How can i do this? Help please :S
