Need Help With Proxies

So I know this may sound like a pretty n00bish question but here it goes!

I need to be able to rotate US, CA, UK, AU ip's. They don't need to be anonymous.

Can anyone suggest to me a place to buy/find proxies and an app that works well in firefox?
