Need help with proxies

Hey everyone, I have about 100 Instagram accounts (soon will have more) and I need proxies for them. I can’t afford private residential proxies, as they would be too expensive for me, I’ve looked at the proxies for sale section, and I found these 2 sites:
Thunderproxies.com ($1.9/GB) and packetstream.io ($1/GB)

i have tried thunderproxies, but haven’t tried packetstream.
Would these (preferably packetstream) be good at sending 50-100 likes/followers at a time? as I need the accounts to send likes/followers to my customers.
and are there any cheaper than packetstream, as they’re the cheapest ones I found?

have you ever tried 911 socks proxy?

I've been using packetstream for a while now, some proxies have slow speeds but you are not going to be watching videos with them, overall they work fine.

if you can, try to skip proxying any kind of static resources, e.g. images, fonts, stylesheets, javascript files. It will decrease your proxy usage to an absolute minimum and speed them up a lot.

ide still say working with 4g proxys is better
but you have to work with what you can afford
